Hi, I’m Peter Toma, Founder & Director of Engi Advisory. I’m excited to share the journey that

led me to establish Engi Advisory, a project management consultancy dedicated to delivering

tailored solutions for complex challenges.

Back when I began in the design sector, I developed a keen eye for detail and a deep

appreciation for creativity. This foundation sparked my passion for transforming innovative

concepts into reality. After realising that I didn't want to sit at one desk for my entire career, I

transitioned into the construction industry, where I honed my project management skills over the

past 15 years.

In the construction field, I gained invaluable experience managing diverse projects, from initial

planning to final execution. I learned the importance of strategic planning, risk management,

and effective stakeholder engagement. Working with cross-functional teams, I discovered that

successful project management is rooted in strong communication and collaboration.

After years of contributing to major projects for leading organizations, I felt a compelling desire

to create my own path. This inspired me to launch Engi Advisory, a company that embodies my

values and vision for project management. Our mission is to provide exceptional project

outcomes while empowering teams to excel.
